Course Line Glamping Farm Resort: Rules and Regulations

1. General Conduct
Respect the Environment: Please help us preserve the natural beauty of the resort by not littering, damaging plants, or disturbing wildlife.
Noise Control: To maintain the tranquility of the resort, guests are asked to keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours from [10PM] to [5AM].
No Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please do not smoke in accommodations, around farm animals, or in common areas.

2. Reservations & Check-in
Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is only confirmed once the required down payment is made.

Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is at [2PM] and check-out is at [12NN]. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

Group Size: Please adhere to the number of guests listed in your booking. Additional guests must be booked in advance with a day pass, and exceeding the limit without prior notice is not allowed.

3. Payment & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for advance payments. However, you can reschedule your booking, and the payment will be transferred to your new reservation.

Late Payment Penalty: Full payment is required before check-in. Late payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.

4. Use of Facilities
Swimming Pool: Proper swimming attire is required at all times. No diving, running, or rough play is allowed around the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times.

Electricity Usage: Electricity is included for basic use, including charging devices and styling tools. Any excessive usage (e.g., high-powered equipment) must be approved by the management.

Farm Activities: For your safety, all farm activities such as fruit picking, ATV rides, and farm tours must be supervised by staff. Do not wander into restricted areas.


5. Child Supervision
Supervision Required: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the farm, particularly during activities like fruit picking, ATV rides, or near the swimming pool.

No Climbing Trees: For safety reasons, children are not allowed to climb trees or farm structures.

6. Pets
No Pets Allowed: To ensure the safety of all guests and farm animals, pets are not allowed on the property.

7. Photography and Drone Use
Personal Photos Only: You are welcome to take personal photos, but professional photography or drone use requires prior approval from the resort management.

Respect Privacy: Please avoid taking photos of other guests without their consent.

8. Waste Management
Dispose of Waste Properly: Please use the designated bins for trash, recycling, and compost. Help us maintain the cleanliness of the resort by cleaning up after yourself.

No Littering: Littering is strictly prohibited, both in common areas and during outdoor activities.

9. Safety Regulations
Follow Safety Guidelines: For your safety, please adhere to all guidelines provided by staff during activities such as ATV rides, hiking, and farm tours.

First Aid: A first aid kit is available at the reception in case of minor injuries. In case of emergencies, please notify staff immediately.

10. Liability
Enter at Your Own Risk: Guests are responsible for their own safety while on the property. The resort is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or lost belongings.

11. Respect for Other Guests
No Disruptive Behavior: Please be considerate of other guests. Loud or inappropriate behavior that disturbs others will not be tolerated.

Shared Spaces: Be mindful when using shared spaces like the pool, dining areas, or activity zones, and respect others' enjoyment of the resort.
