Course Line Glamping Farm Resort: Booking Rules

1. Booking Process
Online Booking: Guests can book their stay via our official website and Facebook. All bookings are subject to availability.

Reservation Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed after receiving the required deposit and a confirmation email is sent by the resort.

Booking Window: Reservations can be made up to [2 months] in advance. Take note, your reservation is not confirmed until the down payment has been received. For last-minute bookings, please contact us directly to check availability.

2. Deposit Policy
Deposit Amount: A [50]% deposit is required to secure your booking. For larger groups or extended stays, a higher deposit may be required.

Payment Deadline: The deposit must be paid within [X hours/days] of making a reservation. If the deposit is not received within this time frame, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be settled before check-in or upon arrival, depending on your selected payment option.

3. Cancellation Policy​
Non-Refundable Rates: We do not offer refunds for advance payments. However, we are happy to accommodate scheduling changes and will apply your payment to your new reservation

No-Shows: If a guest fails to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged, and the reservation will be canceled.

4. Check-In / Check-Out Times
Check-In Time: Standard check-in time is between [02:00 PM and 12:00 NN]. Guests arriving outside of these hours must notify the resort in advance.

Late Check-In: Late check-ins can be accommodated, but please inform us if you plan to arrive after [2:00 PM].

Check-Out Time: Check-out is by [12:00 NN]. Late check-outs may incur an additional fee and must be approved in advance.

5. Payment Methods
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, and online payment platforms such as Gcash.

Currency: All prices and payments are in [local currency].

6. Early Check-Out
No Refunds for Early Check-Out: If guests decide to check out earlier than the original departure date, no refunds or credits will be provided for the remaining nights.

7. Seasonal Rates & Promotions
Rate Adjustments: Rates vary by season, holiday periods, and special events. Please check our website for current rates. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Promotions: Any special promotions or offers cannot be combined and may have specific terms such as non-refundable status or minimum stay requirements.

8. Children & Extra Guests
Children: Children are welcome at the resort. Guests must indicate the number and ages of children when booking. Additional charges may apply for extra beds or services.

Extra Guests: The number of guests per booking must not exceed the stated occupancy limit. Additional guests may incur extra charges or may not be allowed due to capacity limits
