Course Line Glamping Farm Resort: Pictorial Policy

At Course Line Glamping Farm Resort, we encourage our guests to capture and share the beauty of their experiences with photos and videos. However, to ensure the privacy, safety, and enjoyment of all our guests, we have set the following guidelines:

1. Personal Photography & Videography

• For Personal Use Only: Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. Please feel free to share your memories on social media and tag us!

• No Obstruction: Please ensure that your photography does not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the resort or block pathways and common areas.

• Respect Nature: Avoid damaging plants, wildlife, or farm equipment while taking pictures. Do not enter restricted or non-designated areas for photography.

2. Respect for Guest Privacy

• No Unpermitted Photography: Guests must not take photos or videos of other guests without their permission, especially in sensitive areas such as swimming pools, bathrooms, and private accommodations.

• Group Activities: When participating in group activities (such as fruit picking or ATV rides), be mindful of others and ask for consent before taking photos that include them.

3. Professional Photography

• Permit Required: Professional photography (including photo shoots, commercial photography, and filming) is not permitted without prior approval from resort management. This includes, but is not limited to, wedding shoots, model photo shoots, and commercial brand shoots.

• Booking Fees: Any professional photography or videography may be subject to additional fees and scheduling to ensure it does not disrupt other guests.

• Approval Process: Please contact our team at least [3 days] in advance to arrange for professional photo or video shoots.

4. Drone Use

• Restricted Drone Use: For the safety and privacy of our guests, the use of drones is not permitted without prior authorization from the resort. Please inquire with the resort management if you wish to use a drone, as it may be subject to restrictions and additional fees.

5. Property & Trademark Protection

• Resort Logos and Trademarks: Any commercial use of photos or videos featuring the resort’s logo, name, or trademarks must be approved by resort management in advance.

• No Misrepresentation: Photos or videos taken on the property may not be used to misrepresent or harm the reputation of the resort.

6. Social Media Etiquette

• Tag Us: We love seeing your photos! If you share your experience on social media, please tag us at [social media handle] and use the hashtag [#CourseLineGlampingFarmResort] so we can see and share your beautiful moments.

• Responsible Sharing: When posting on social media, we encourage guests to be mindful of other guests’ privacy and refrain from sharing any images or videos that include them without their permission.

PHOTO/VIDEO SESSION RATE

Php 2000

The entrance fee covers up to 10 people only, including electricity for charging. Any additional guests beyond 10 will be charged Php50 each. However, please note that access to the swimming pool and overnight stays in the dome tents are not included.
